Luddy is organizing a research symposium as part of Luddy’s 25th Anniversary celebration on November 7, 2025. The event will feature a poster session showcasing the research achievements of Luddy graduate students. We invite graduate students to submit abstracts for consideration to present posters during the afternoon session on November 7 in the IT Building at the Indianapolis campus.
The symposium will serve as a showcase of Luddy’s research for the IU community, as well as our industry and community partners. This is an excellent opportunity for graduate students to share their work, gain visibility, and connect with audiences both locally and nationally.
Eligibility
All Luddy Indianapolis graduate students
Submission guidelines
- Abstracts should be no longer than 300 words or one page
- Include a title, author name(s) & department/school affiliation
- Clearly state the research question, methodology, and key findings
- Indicate publication status (e.g., in preparation, submitted, accepted)
Topics of interest
All research topics affiliated with the Luddy School are welcome.
Important dates
- Abstract submission deadline: October 10
- Notification of acceptance: October 17
- Poster session: November 7 (afternoon)
*Presenters are expected to be available during the poster session.
