This feature aims to encourage users to reflect on their lifestyle choices and explore practical ways to reduce their emissions. Additionally, the app will include a gamified element where users can set personal climate goals, track their progress, and earn badges for hitting milestones such as reducing energy usage or choosing sustainable transportation. The primary goal of this module is to bridge the gap between climate data and personal responsibility, fostering greater public understanding of climate change and inspiring individual action. By combining data visualization, interactive tools, and behavioral feedback, this project seeks to foster climate literacy, civic awareness, and participation through data-driven storytelling.

This study tackles the challenges of identifying and monitoring infants affected by NAS, a condition resulting from prenatal exposure to opioids and other substances. By linking maternal and infant EHR data, the institute has developed advanced algorithms to establish a comprehensive registry of maternal-infant pairs, facilitating longitudinal surveillance of NAS and related health outcomes. This approach integrates data from health information exchanges, newborn screening programs, and public health registries, offering a more accurate and complete overview of NAS prevalence across the state. Through this innovative use of EHRs, the Regenstreif Institute aims to enhance health outcomes for affected infants and their families.
