Description
Introduction to the design, construction, and control of autonomous mobile robots. This course covers the basic mechanics, electronics, and programming for robotics, and the applications of robots in cognitive science.
Learning Outcomes
- Evaluate artificial intelligence (AI) methods for robotics at various levels of autonomy. CS 4
- Develop solutions to practical problems in autonomous robotics using AI algorithms. CS 4
- Analyze the performance of various methods to support robotic autonomy in real-world scenarios. CS 4
- Enhance the autonomy of a robotic system by implementing AI algorithms and evaluating the outcome. CS 4
