What you'll learn
By completing the AI minor, you will:
- Understand core AI concepts: Learn how AI systems work and how data is created, managed, and used.
- Analyze ethical and societal implications: Examine the philosophical and ethical dimensions of AI across multiple domains.
- Evaluate AI in your discipline: Critically assess opportunities, risks, and limitations of AI tools in your field.

- AII-I 100 Introduction to Artificial Intelligence (3 cr., fall and spring, in-person and online)
- DSCI-D 201 Foundations of Data Studies (3 cr., fall and spring, online)
- PHIL-P 353 Philosophy of Artificial Intelligence (or PHIL-P 383, 3 cr., spring, online)
